1) Epigenetics: Profile the functional landscape of core histones with a comprehensive mutant library inS.cerevisiae; Investigate the regulatory mechanisms of histone modifications, including their regulators and functions;
2) Synthetic Biology: Design, synthesis and characterize genome to deepen the understanding in higher organisms.
